Was on a call with a client user from Philip Morris and they were brand new to the platform.
When performing a Powerpoint export, the metric definitions were lost; which wasn't helpful for these brand new client users; who wanted an offline was of viewing data and didn't have the information stored within either the Powerpoint slides, or the comments at the bottom of the page.
On the export, there's no description or explanation of what Impact for example means, like it does on the platform
You'd have to scroll right to the bottom, but this is not very convenient for a presentation format, especially for non-Kantar users that are being presented to
They also were dismayed that the thumbnails were not maintained for each ad, which makes the export presentation more manual when having to add these images back in.
Even a heavily compressed version would be preferred over nothing.
