It would be more efficient, save time and improve client access issues which are often as we need to wait for the person to be available to unlock the test. And what if they leave the company? Its really madness ;) Thanks for reading!

Hello Lyndell! Thank you for your feedback. Do you have in mind to provide this possibility of unlocking only to internal Kantar users, or even to end-clients?
Currently, if the person has left the company, the unlocking has to be raised with the KMP Support team and they will help you to sort it out.
