Link+ and Link AI reports look very similar, which creates a risk that results may be confused or mixed up.
Therefor suggesting to add a clear visual marker - such as a stamp, icon, or label (e.g. “Link AI”) - on each slide, to clearly differentiate the Link AI reports from Link+.
This will help prevent confusion, particularly when individual slides are shared across teams/people on client side.
@Guest , @Guest , @Guest , thank you for raising this – this is a really valuable point.
To help us address this in the most impactful way, we would really appreciate your support in identifying where the confusion is happening in practice.
Specifically, it would be extremely helpful if you could:
Share concrete examples of where LINK+ vs LINK AI outputs feel unclear or could be mixed up
Highlight specific touchpoints (e.g., dashboard views, Excel exports, PowerPoint slides) where this is most noticeable
Provide screenshots illustrating these moments, ideally with a short explanation of what is confusing
If possible, a simple PowerPoint or document capturing these examples would be perfect.
Getting this perspective from you—as users and stakeholders outside of the product build process—is incredibly valuable for us. It will help us pinpoint the exact gaps and prioritise the right improvements.
Once shared, we will review and assess what changes (visual markers, labels, layout updates, etc.) can be introduced to make the distinction clearer for clients.
Thanks again for taking the time to raise this—we really appreciate your input and any additional detail you can provide.
Great idea! This idea would make it clear for clients what they are looking at
This would be very nice feaure to have to make it immediately visible that it's AI predictions
